Rods are very personal so this is my opinion for how I fish. Owning several of the other two major companies top shelf rods the Extasy is my absolute favorite in both casting and spinning rods. Slightly more tip but less parabolic mid rod. I find them more sensitive and can feel the difference between a weed stalk, pebble or a pickup. I now have 3 spinning and 4 casting. They are my absolute favorite “feel” rods. Just my humble opinion.
