I love this reel. I am an slx dc junkie, this reel may be my new drug. I find it to be far smoother than the shimano, and castability seems to surpass shimano as well. I have been down on abu for years, but this may be their comback. Guess ill see after some time how it holds up, but for now, i am impressed.
